Welcome to my visual motorcycle diary.

I have always been fascinated by the journey rather than the motorcycle itself.

There is so much to explore all around us and the bike is the perfect tool for this.

Like the best camera is the one you have in your pocket, the best bike is the one you ride.

When I head out for a ride I try and make a picture to remember the trip and this site is that collection.

I have been very lucky to have travelled widely for work and pleasure and ridden in six continents.

I read Ted Simon’s magnificent ‘Jupiter’s Travels’ at school and have never been the same since.
